Kate Winslet became famous on the silver screen by starring in movies like Sense and Sensibility in 1995 and Jude in 1996. Obviously there is one movie that really took Kate Winslet to the stratosphere in Hollywood stardom but before she starred in the movie that broke records Kate was also in Hamlet in 1996. Finally in 2007 Katie Winslet starred with Leonardo DiCaprio in The Titanic and she became one of the famous women in Hollywood. The Titanic broke all records in movie sales worldwide and U.S. sales numbers.
